Job benies

There's something wrong with the rear sight on my old .22 rifle. I just cant get it in focus. What's up with that? So, since there was an employee's sale on blemished products last week I got a 2-7x rimfire scope.
Anyway, since I just happen to know someone in the custom shop, I had a prairie dog laser etched on both sides of the bell and my initials on the elevation adjustment cap. I may not shoot any better, but I've got a cool looking scope at least.

Ice crystals

Yesterday morning we had a little snow and the temperature was right at the freezing point. Ice was just forming on the little pond out front, so of course I had to take some pictures.
